Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Items must:

•⁠  ⁠Be returned in their original packaging.
•⁠  ⁠Include all original accessories and tags.
•⁠  ⁠Show no signs of damage caused after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:

•⁠  ⁠The watch has been worn or damaged.
•⁠  ⁠The product is missing original packaging or accessories.
•⁠  ⁠The return request is made after 14 days.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method (or according to the payment method used).
